Thomas Raber
SUMMARY
Thomas is specialised in steelwork for large industrial plants and has managed numerous complex engineering projects which required the extension of existing plants. These extensions resulted in the plants’ increased productivity.
Thomas has been a key member of METZEN’s conveyor systems team for 20 years, thanks to his technical knowledge and extensive expertise.
He has an engineering degree and is a qualified european welding engineer for conveyor systems. He has over 30 years’ experience in welding, steelwork and construction engineering.
Before joining METZEN, he held various positions, including lecturer at the German Welding Institute (SLV) in Saarland, structural and construction engineer at Heinrich Stahl- und Montagebau and manager at BASF.
