His career began in 2006 in manufacturing, where he took on responsibility for production processes at an early stage. Building on this, he developed into a technical manager responsible for the organizational and technical control of mechanical engineering projects. At the same time, he qualified as a state-certified mechanical engineering technician, thus supplementing his technical foundation in order to implement complex projects for customers efficiently and reliably.
Povilas Keveza implements projects that require technical skill, creative solutions, and precise implementation at the highest level of professional competence.
This includes the development of a customized mixing plant for a tea manufacturer under the most difficult conditions while meeting the highest requirements for stability, hygiene, and food safety. Other projects include plants in the plastics and battery recycling sectors and in the confectionery industry.
His focus is on tailor-made and effective solutions, process optimization, and knowledge transfer within the teams.
