A strong team, a new location and clear perspectives: the extended leadership team of METZEN convened for the first time at the new Beckum site, hosted by GERWIN Silotechnik, which became part of METZEN earlier this year.

As hosts, Deputy Managing Director Adrian Hense and Managing Director Marcel Funk welcomed their colleagues to the extended leadership team for the first time, thereby strengthening collaboration across locations.

The meeting focused on topics that directly contribute to value creation for our customers. These included METZEN’s core values and leadership principles, which provide the framework for responsible action and reliable collaboration. The team also discussed current and future challenges to ensure the continued delivery of solutions that are both scalable and forward-looking, securing long-term success for our customers. On this basis, the leadership team defined its key priorities and areas of focus, with a clear emphasis on efficiency, customer benefit and strategic development. In addition, recent developments in marketing and human resources provided important insights into how we can make our solutions even more effective through strong positioning and high-performing teams.

The meeting offered space for intensive exchange, fresh ideas and clear orientation for the year ahead. A particular focus was on how METZEN continues to grow through clear values, professional excellence and collaborative leadership.

The day in Beckum highlighted that the leadership team, with a dedicated team, a clear vision and strong sense of responsibility, is looking forward to a successful 2026.
