At METZEN, Olaf Köster consistently aligns the service, spare parts, assembly, and after-sales divisions with the needs of our customers. His focus is on ensuring plant availability, optimising operational processes, and sustainably enhancing project performance. Through tailored service concepts and close collaboration with customers, he lays the foundation for more efficient processes, reduced downtime, and long-term value from investments.

With his clear, solution-oriented approach, he supports customers in implementing their projects successfully from an economic perspective and in strengthening their competitiveness over the long term. His structured way of working, reliability, and transparent communication provide clarity and build trust, particularly during demanding project phases.

Prior to joining METZEN, Olaf Köster led the Service & After Sales business at ThyssenKrupp Polysius for many years. He played a key role in advancing service concepts and driving initiatives for long-term, partnership-based customer support.
