Olaf Köster joins METZEN Industries as Director Service & After Sales and will be responsible for the service business across all sites.

With his many years of experience in the international service and after-sales environment, Olaf Köster brings extensive expertise in an area that is of central importance to our customers: reliable plant availability, efficient processes, and sustainable service concepts.

At METZEN, Olaf Köster consistently aligns the service, spare parts, assembly, and after-sales divisions with the needs of our customers. He aims to reduce downtime, optimise operational processes, and make projects more successful in the long term.

Before joining METZEN, Olaf Köster led the Service & After Sales business at ThyssenKrupp Polysius for many years and played a key role in advancing service concepts and developing long-term, partnership-based customer support.
