As a Certified Industrial Supervisor (Metal) and Technical Business Administrator, he built on his experience as a CNC programmer, production planner, and department manager in mechanical engineering. This combination of technical expertise and business acumen continues to guide his work.

As a Senior Engineer, Tobias combines technical knowledge with strategic foresight. His core skills include developing commercially viable project proposals, structuring project execution, and strategically overseeing complex machinery and plant engineering initiatives.
