Reiner Röser

Senior Engineer
Bitburg

Biography

Since 2004, Reiner Röser has played a leading role in shaping METZEN’s core organisational and operational processes. In his overarching function as Head of Assembly and Personnel, Dispatcher, and Project Manager, he is responsible for strategic workforce and resource planning, the optimisation of deployment and project structures, and the efficient management of complex projects. As a Senior Engineer, he combines technical expertise with organisational excellence to deliver sustainable, customer-focused solutions.

His career began in both craft and industrial companies, initially working as a fitter on nationwide assignments before taking on responsibility as a shift leader in the production of an automotive supplier. He later expanded his expertise in personnel management and dispatching at IDM-Industriemontagen. This unique combination of hands-on technical practice and strategic know-how enables him to manage complex projects at METZEN with efficiency and a strong customer orientation.

His experience is particularly valuable in projects where assembly, organisation, and customer support must work hand in hand. These include repairs, dismantling, and reconstruction of plants in flour and oil mills, the food and animal feed industry, and the cement sector, both in Germany and across the Benelux region.

Reiner’s key areas of focus include the optimisation of assembly processes, personnel management, and customised project execution. He is especially valued for his practical mindset, flexibility, solution-oriented approach, reliability, and his open, respectful way of working.
