Ralf Haupold is responsible for developing and managing markets in Eastern Germany, Eastern Europe, and Turkey, as well as driving business development and overseeing projects at KRÖGER Greifertechnik. With many years of experience, he focuses on customer relationships, rapid response times, and practical, results-oriented solutions.
His experience includes extensive international senior sales and management positions, including roles at Wampfler AG and other leading organisations in Eastern Europe and Eastern Germany. He combines strong commercial awareness with technical competence, enabling him to address complex industrial requirements strategically and deliver customer-focused solutions at the highest professional level.
Ralf manages projects that require international coordination, technical expertise, and customer-oriented execution. He successfully established subsidiaries and sales networks across 15 Eastern European countries to ensure comprehensive support for complex projects. Key achievements include the strategic delivery of a crane project near Tirana, the large-scale implementation of lifting systems for IKEA in Slovakia, the supply of specialised KRÖGER grabs to gravel plants in Hungary, and the integration of specialised vehicles for demanding open-cast mining projects.
