Patrick Hauck
Biography
Patrick Hauck has been part of METZEN since 2001 and is now one of the company’s most experienced technical contacts. In his role as Senior Engineer, he is responsible for supporting key major Customers, preparing technical quotations and cost calculations, and overseeing complex mechanical engineering and energy projects.
He began his professional career with an apprenticeship as a construction mechanic. He then gained almost a decade of experience in demanding welded fabrication, covering both assembly and the welding of complex structures made from aluminium wrought alloys, CrNi steels and carbon steel. Building on this foundation, he further developed his qualifications by completing training as a master craftsman in metal construction and as an international welding specialist.
In 2014, he moved to the order management centre, where he assumed responsibility for the technical Customer support of central key accounts. In this role, he acts as an important interface between design engineering, manufacturing and Customers.
His technical expertise includes the preparation of quotations and cost calculations for mechanical engineering components, pump impellers and pump casings, pressure vessels, as well as high voltage switchgear and switchgear systems made from a wide range of materials. These range from aluminium wrought alloys and CrNi steels to carbon steel. This broad materials and application expertise enables him to support projects in energy distribution, mechanical engineering and highly regulated industrial sectors.
Among the key projects that Patrick Hauck has significantly contributed to is the further development of existing products for additional applications in energy distribution. In each case, the focus has been on increasing efficiency, safety and reliability.
One of his most notable professional achievements is the long term management and execution of large scale projects with a series production character for some of METZEN’s most prestigious Customers. With his clear understanding of technical requirements, commercial conditions and Customer focused solutions, he makes a lasting contribution to stable project execution and strong partnerships.
As part of the company’s ongoing development, Patrick Hauck supports the onboarding of new Customer projects and the sustainable advancement of existing Customer relationships. Through this contribution, he directly strengthens METZEN’s market positioning and supports the long term viability of the company.
