His career includes leadership roles in business development at several mid-sized companies. Most recently, he headed Sales & Business Development at ProXES, a manufacturer of machinery, process lines, and solutions for the food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and chemical industries.
Lars has international experience in managing and advising key accounts. His strategic and creative thinking ensures that profitability, efficiency, project success, and customer satisfaction are always central. He holds a degree in sales management and completed studies at the St. Gallen Business School (HSG, Switzerland), specialising in sales, marketing, leadership, and strategy.
