Biography

Klaus Reichel is responsible for the southern region at KRÖGER Greifertechnik. Leveraging his expertise, he focuses on delivering cost-effective solutions that provide genuine value to clients. He excells with his rapid responsiveness, precise execution, and efficient project management from initial concept to final implementation.

He started his career as a master mechanical engineer, complemented by the Green Belt certification in “Voice of Customer,” enabling him to systematically analyse customer requirements and translate them into concrete solutions. Prior to joining METZEN, he gained extensive experience as Product Line Manager at Lukas Hydraulik and as Sales Manager at Aalberts Surface Treatment.

Klaus combines technical expertise, organisational skill, and a deep understanding of process. Notably, he successfully oversaw the complete equipping of the Swiss Federal Railways with track-laying devices, demonstrating his ability to manage complex large-scale projects reliably, efficiently, and on schedule.

He applies his knowledge to the development of sensor, lubrication, and bearing technologies, significantly shaping the company’s technological direction. Customers particularly value his rapid responsiveness, consistently practical approach, and the reliability with which he manages projects.
