Jürgen Roth has shaped the technical development at METZEN for nearly 25 years as Senior Engineer, Head of Design, Manufacturing Coordinator, and Trainer. Combining extensive experience with practical application, he delivers solutions that provide high value to customers: technical precision, reliable processes, and sustainable optimisation.

He startet his career as a machinist, followed by studies in mechanical engineering. Early roles took him to Gega Lotz GmbH as a designer, before joining METZEN. Ever since he has managed projects demanding the highest standards in design and manufacturing, from innovative immersion baths for honeycomb blocks to complex transfer systems for agricultural products.

Jürgen uniquely integrates design and manufacturing. In addition to his technical expertise, he is responsible for training the next generation of engineering experts. Customers and colleagues alike value his clear, open communication and his reliability in delivering projects successfully.

He excells at questioning existing processes, introducing new ideas, and achieving continuous improvement through creative solutions. Therefor, he plays a key role in ensuring that METZEN continues to provide innovative solutions for its customers at all times.
