With over 30 years of experience in engineering and management, he is a leading expert in plant engineering for the food and feed industries. Under his leadership, complex industrial projects are strategically planned and successfully executed, consistently delivering practical and sustainable solutions for clients.

Following his studies in mechanical engineering, Dietrich held senior positions at Bunge SA, Bunge Germany, and Cereol Deutschland GmbH. These roles provided him with a deep understanding of international, multicultural collaboration and the requirements of globally operating clients.

He specialises in projects that demand technical expertise, organisational precision, and close client engagement. Working closely with customers and his team of experienced professionals he develops tailor-made solutions and implements them successfully, even in the most challenging situations.
