As Director Operations and Authorised Signatory, Dieter Hohenbrink is responsible for operational processes at GERWIN, a METZEN brand. His focus is on the efficient management of production processes and seamless coordination across all departments involved. From engineering and manufacturing through to on-time project execution, he ensures clearly defined responsibilities, coordinated processes and reliable project delivery.

With over 30 years of industrial experience, including his role as Plant Manager at JTEKT Bearings Deutschland, he combines commercial expertise with extensive operational leadership experience. Holding qualifications in Business Administration and Business Informatics (VWA), he also brings in-depth knowledge of lean management, process optimisation and quality management.

His aim is to create an organisation in which communication, collaboration and responsibility work hand in hand. He maintains a clear focus on both customer requirements and the commercial and technical aspects of project execution. For him, streamlined decision-making, transparent processes and a shared commitment to quality and on-time delivery are essential.
