Olaf Köster joins METZEN Industries as Director Service & After Sales and will be responsible for the service business across all sites.

With his many years of experience in the international service and after-sales environment, Olaf Köster brings extensive expertise in an area that is of central importance to our customers: reliable plant availability, efficient processes, and sustainable service concepts.

In his new role, Olaf Köster will work together with the teams at METZEN to help further expand the service, spare parts, assembly and after-sales area in line with our customers’ requirements. In doing so, he will contribute to reducing downtime, optimizing operational processes and making projects more successful in the long term.

Before joining METZEN, Olaf Köster led the Service & After Sales business at ThyssenKrupp Polysius for many years and played a key role in advancing service concepts and developing long-term, partnership-based customer support.
