Our HR team from the Bitburg, Sonsbeck, Beckum, Gochsheim and Hamburg locations recently came together at METZEN’s headquarters in Hamburg for a joint workshop. For the first time, colleagues from GERWIN in Beckum also joined the event, further enriching the personal exchange and strengthening collaboration across locations.

The workshop focused on the future of our HR activities. Together, we explored ways to further digitalise HR processes, strengthen long-term employee engagement across our group, and attract new talent to the METZEN Industries Group. Throughout the discussions, it became clear how important modern structures, strong team spirit and a shared vision are for sustainable growth.

We also looked at how to further enhance collaboration between our locations. In particular, we developed concrete ideas for strengthening cooperation in vocational training and talent development, enabling us to share knowledge, experience and resources even more effectively in the future.

The workshop demonstrated the tremendous value of open dialogue and close collaboration. Equipped with fresh ideas, clear decisions and renewed motivation, we are taking the next steps forward together.
