As a graduate industrial engineer, he previously managed two sites at the Bertrandt Group as Site Manager. In this role, he stabilised the sites economically and built a high-performing organisation.
With many years of experience within our company, he brings a deep understanding of our portfolio, specific customer requirements, and market dynamics. His career path has taken him from Technical Manager to Business Unit Manager and ultimately to the top of the product brand. In all these roles, Lars Hagen has significantly shaped the development of KRÖGER. His career exemplifies our commitment to talent development and internal progression within METZEN.
His expertise spans in-depth technical know-how, solid industry knowledge, and a strong grasp of complex production processes. Among his notable achievements are the constructive advancement of gripper systems in demanding projects, the development of the largest underwater gripper to date, as well as tangible efficiency improvements and the sustainable strengthening of site organisation.
In his new position, the focus will be on combining proven strengths with forward-looking potential. This includes closer integration of technology and sales and creating solutions that deliver genuine added value. For our customers, this means: top quality, reliable processes, and innovative products consistently aligned with real-world requirements.
