After eight successful years as Managing Director of METZEN Industrie Service in Gochsheim, we bid farewell to Ralf Sand as he enters his well-deserved retirement. During his tenure, Ralf Sand significantly shaped the company and oversaw numerous impressive projects, including the collaboration with Siemens Energy on international major undertakings such as Viking Link and Attika Link.

As Managing Director, he demonstrated not only strategic vision but also a steadfast commitment to empowering his employees, fostering trust and providing freedom, always with the goal of achieving success together. His philosophy was clear: only through engaged and motivated teams can a company achieve sustainable success.

We thank Ralf Sand for his tireless dedication and the many contributions he has made to our company. His commitment, perseverance, and respect for the people at METZEN will continue to inspire us.

We wish him all the very best for this new chapter in life, with health, happiness, and many fulfilling moments in retirement.
