Deborah Schwarze has been a highly valued colleague in the commercial division at KRÖGER, a METZEN brand, for several years. As part of her master’s thesis, she already focused extensively on artificial intelligence and its application within our company. We are now taking the next step together: turning concepts into tangible solutions that optimise processes, unlock new potential and deliver long-term benefits for our customers.
In her new position, Deborah Schwarze will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating company-wide digitalisation projects, as well as integrating, further developing and scaling AI solutions across the organisation.

In the current financial year, Deborah Schwarze is participating in an exclusive development programme led by leading experts from Silicon Valley. Her academic background, a Master’s degree in Leadership & Change Management, further highlights her ability to combine technological innovation with organisational transformation.
