Last week, the METZEN management team came together at our Gochsheim site for a strategic meeting.

The focus was on the topics shaping our future development: analysing relevant growth markets, strategically developing our four Centres of Excellence, advancing our HR strategy, and launching new initiatives in After Sales and Service.

As our own meeting room was occupied, this time we were hosted by our direct neighbour, KÄFER. The family-owned company is now run by its second generation, led by Managing Partner Daniela Wetterich, and has a history spanning more than 70 years.
