Despite the exceptionally high summer temperatures, it brought together managers and senior engineers from all our locations in mixed teams. Collaborative challenges strengthened team spirit, encouraged the exchange of ideas and created new connections.<\/p>\n<p>Building on this team spirit, the second day turned to strategy and innovation.
