Hanna Buhmann is now taking on the position of Head of Talent Management at METZEN and will also become part of the company\u2019s extended leadership team. In this role, she will be responsible for recruitment, employer branding, employee retention and development for our approximately 400 employees.<\/p>\n

Hanna Buhmann has been part of our team for around two years and, during this time, as Employer Branding & Recruiting Manager, she has not only significantly driven talent acquisition but also successfully managed company-wide HR projects and continued her professional development. With her expertise and experience, she will further strengthen our talent strategy and actively shape the development of our teams.<\/p>\n

With this decision, we underline METZEN\u2019s commitment: We foster and develop our talents and open up attractive career opportunities for them.<\/p>\n
