Philipp combines extensive expertise in machining with qualification as a state-certified mechanical technician, specialising in design engineering. In addition to his technical skills, he has strengthened his profile through practical leadership and management training, enabling him to manage projects strategically, efficiently, and sustainably at the highest professional level.

Examples include the emergency case at Buir Bliesheimer and the cold washing lines for Cedo and H\u00fcndgen, where he delivered reliable, sustainable, and practical solutions under high time pressure.<\/p>\n
He is responsible for overall customer relationship management, operational and strategic leadership of the Erkelenz site, and collaboration with central company divisions at executive level.
