Stefanie Gensler acts as a central link between customers, project teams, and internal departments at METZEN Industrie Service. In this role, she is responsible for the full array of activities, from feasibility analyses through to complete order management.

Her career includes a range of leadership positions, from Project Manager to Deputy Department Head and Department Head. She holds a qualification in Business Administration as well as a Project Management certification, bringing extensive commercial and organisational expertise to the company’s processes.

Stefanie’s focus lies in sales and order management, where she places the specific needs and challenges of customers at the centre of her work. Drawing on her extensive experience in project leadership and departmental management, she identifies complex requirements early, develops appropriate solutions, and ensures their reliable implementation. In doing so, she helps customers deliver projects efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards, while also contributing to the development of new business areas and the strengthening of long-term partnerships.
